Finnegan/Manson, LLC has developed a wealth of construction experience since our inception in 1983.

Most recently, we have witnessed unprecedented catastrophic damage to property and equally unprecedented reconstruction involving an unusual mix of funding sources which demand unique fund administration.

Since 1983 we have seen the expansion of the "high-rise" business district in New Orleans, the conversion of the warehouse district into a high-end residential and commercial center, the rapid and broad expansion of the Lake Pontchartrain North Shore residential region, an oil boom and an oil bust.

Each of the aforementioned historical events, as well as day-to-day construction, presents us with unique conditions which have helped to mature Finnegan/Manson, LLC into a capable and experienced company.
