This project was a proposed 264,000-square foot, six story, mixed-use building. The existing site was a concrete open parking lot situated on almost one and a half acres.
​
The improvements included a four and a half story parking garage consisting of 393 parking spaces, 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, and a 40,900 square foot retail space which comprised the entire sixth floor.
