FINNEGAN/MANSON, LLC
Finnegan / Manson, LLC has developed a wealth of hands-on experience since its inception in 1983. Since then, F/M, LLC has taken part in the expansion of the high-rise business district in New Orleans, the conversion of the citys Warehouse District into a high-end residential and commercial center, the rapid and broad expansion of the Lake Pontchartrain North Shore residential and commercial region, a regional oil boom, oil bust and rebound. In recent history F/M,LLC navigated the 2008 financial bust and its rebound. Over the course of these periods F/M,LLC has developed long term client relationships resulting in a regional reach into projects in Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas.

TOM FINNEGAN
Tom founded Finnegan / Manson, LLC in 1983 with Hugh Manson with the mission of providing knowledgeable construction consulting to the lending industry. After Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Tom founded Simon/Meyer, LLC in Charlotte with Jack Grubbs and consulted with Molly and Tony Vincent to found Simon/Meyer, LLC in Atlanta. All three locations have maintained that mission of servicing the lending industry. Since that time our services and industry base have greatly expanded.

Tom's background as contractor, developer and appraiser has provided him the extensive knowledge base to evaluate the varied aspects of each project. That background has also provided the ability to organize and rescue problem projects on behalf of lenders and developers .
MIKE TOMENY
With significant experience as a contractor, construction manager and in field operations, Mike has brought to Finnegan / Manson, LLC the ability to review, observe and recognize potential problems inherent in project documentation and field operations. With his strong background Mike provides excellent in-field evaluation of progress as it relates to funding and is able to communicate knowledgeably with project personnel.
