The property is an existing high rise office building (21 floors)  in the New Orleans Central Business District. The ground floors are occupied by a bank in operation. The floors above are vacant.

The project is the complete reconfiguration and restoration of the floors above the bank into high-end apartments. Several floors were added on top of the building.
