The property was semi rural wooded raw land near I-310 Mississippi River Bridge in Destrahan, LA.

 This is the new construction of a two story medical clinic constructed for the St. Charles Parish Hospital. The clinic includes on the first floor an Orthopedic Surgery Center, Urgent Care Facility, Pharmacy, a Coffee Shop and a time share space. The second level contains an Internal Medicine Facility, Orthopedic Clinic, Ophthalmology, Urology and Neurology offices and a GI Center. A third level space will contain a Conference Room and two offices. An access roadway is cut into the site from main roadway.
