Two existing adjacent buildings with courtyards in the French Quarter of New Orleans. One building is five stories and the other is three stories. The interior floor levels do not match. Buildings are primarily of wood structural construction with an exterior envelope consisting of brick masonry and stucco.

The interiors have been completely gutted and all floors requiring transitioning from building to building between uneven floor levels. The completed project results in residential and retail spaces.

Work is governed by Historic District requirements.
